Avocado Chocolate Smoothie

Decadent, creamy, smooth, satisfying and soo great for your women's hormonal health...


I had my first glass of this delicious creaminess in BALI years ago.

I was very hesitant to try it, even tho I love avocado and chocolate, but this combination just seemed a bit odd.


My husband was a brave one.

He ordered one in our favourite beach bad and I after him taking the first sip and not cringing his face I tried one sip too.

And what happened next was that drunk the whole thing and just couldn't stop.

It was soooo good.


So here I created a version of this Bali yumminess for you.

Avocado Chocolate Smoothie


Ingredients: 1 portion


1/2 avocado

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tsp maple syrup of honey (optional)

1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup water

1 tbsp cacao powder

1/4 cup frozen cauliflower or zuchini (optional)


Method: Place all ingredients except cacao powder in blender and blend on low speed until smoothe and creamy.

If aiming for this swirly green/chocolatey effect, pour half of the mixture into your glass and then add cacao powder and bledn until combined.

You may add the cacao powder right away to save some time.
