New Client Consultation Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your consultation. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment or no-shows: A $100 cancellation fee will apply.
